I found this product to have the proper blend of citrus & ginger to comple each other without one overpowering the other. I used it in my tea & also on my grilled salmon. A good quality, smooth honey. A little darker in color than what I am used to seeing. Overall delicious.

I really like this hot honey but I only have used it once and it went hard so I have to put it in a cup of hot water and wait before I can use it so I have to know what I'm going to have for dinner so I have the time to soak it

Haven’t tasted it. Maybe it’s delicious. But I’m certainly not going to spend 20 minutes getting it out of the bottle every time.

Use in my hot tea every day

I ordered this honey just to try hot honey in a recipe. This appeared to be a good quality for a reasonable price. When it arrived , the top 10% of the plastic squeeze bottle was crystallized; which I corrected with hot water immersion. I used the honey and it was OK, but not that hot. I have lots better honey in my cupboard. Perhaps it was just that one bottle or perhaps the extra steps necessary to use it. Overall, I’m just not that enthusiastic.

Honey was hard as a rock.
