I bought this instead of purchasing batteries and a charger that would have set me back between $60 and $90 for a none original equipment Ryobi set. I have a ton of 20v dewalt batteries for all my other equipment and tools, so it made sense to utilize these much higher quality batteries with this converter, than spend much more money on lower quality batteries just for this one tool. Used once for about 15 minutes, worked great, no issues with the battery fitting or connection to my Ryobi hedge trimmer. Certainly no added drain as my battery still showed full. At this point very happy with this.

I found the adapter is less expensive than a battery and I didn’t want to have another size battery. I now use my dewalt drill batteries on my Ryobi equipment. I’m happy.

It works fine. The only issues are that the buttons are hard to press to disengage the adapter from the tool, and it's also a little finicky sliding the Milwaukee battery in and out.

Does the job

I picked up a Ryobi Air Strike 16ga but almost all my other battery tools are Dewalt so I have a lot of Dewalt batteries. This adaptor eliminates me having to have Ryobi batteries and a Ryobi charger. Works fine, lightweight, fits perfect, inexpensive.

This is probably one of the better adaptors Ive bought, plastic material seems stronger and sturdier. This will last me a while as I use it on my Ryobi speakers.

The battery adapter worked pretty well. Unfortunately, if you leave them plugged in beyond the moments you use them, they will destroy your battery and render them useless. It's a gamble. yes they work but yes they will destroy your hundred dollar battery
