We love them and use them when hunting. If it runs off you can track with the light for blood. When you are going to the stand the deer don't see the red light. It's awesome.

I owned a version of this light in black color.I messed itup by using it as a hammer for something else.This new version has extra features that are way cool.5 modes,high,low,flashing,purple and red.It's supposed to track blood.Probably like Luminol that criminal forensics uses,but i haven't had an opportunity to track any blood yet.

Love the flashlight. Works great very bright!!!! Red light is amazing trying to walk out to my deer stand. Only issues I have is the connection. Sometime I have to shake it to come on.

Great flashlight for the price. Used mainly while hunting- tracking and walking to the stand. I was afraid it wouldn't be bright enough, but it exceeded my expectations.
