This product did not last as long as it should have. It stated that it was a used cartridge when I put it in, I was told to ignore this by the directions. It appears the printer knew I wouldn't get very many prints from this cartridge.BUT they read this review and took care of the problem, and were very professional in taking immediate action to make me happy. Great company and will now order from them again,Thank you very much.

Great product and easy to install.

I ordered two sets of these cartridges of which only one color and one black worked. The other two (one set) were not recognized by my printer. Of the set that did work, the print has significant bleed so the lines and print are not crisp and clear. I would not purchase these again.

I will continue to use the cartridges they were much more than I expected and delivery was fast and cartridges were well protected.

The color cartridge worked wonderfully. I had an issue with the black cartridge but the company was awesome to work with and made it right!

I only received the black ink. But paid for both. Started return

Excellent product at half the price of the original HP cartridge.

Arrived quickly.... and most of all... my printer accepted it.
