Easy to assembly and get started. I bought some floor cleaner locally. Just fill up the container spritz some lightly on the floor and use it as a mop.

I like this much better than any other mop I’ve used. It’s easy to use, easy to refill, does no get the laminate floor too wet. There is one problem. One of the little buttons that joins two segments of the handle together will not stay in place. Therefore the handle comes apart when I squeeze the trigger to wet the floor. I thought it was just something I wasn’t doing right. I had already thrown away the packaging so I didn’t attempt to return it.

I love it, it works well and easy to assemble.

It seems to be holding together, but two of the plastic locks are faulty. Haven't yet tried it in water.

The pieces don't click together like they are suppose to. The top piece just won't lock no matter what I do to try to make that happen. It makes mopping tricky since if the top piece moves, it affects the spray of the solution. That is the only complaint I have about this floor cleaning system.It's a good system, I just don't know why the top piece won't lock to keep everything secure.
