LONGEVITY LABS Is the most trusted company for Spermidine wheat germ extract supplements. As the manufacturer explains, each capsule of Spermidine Life Extra+ contain “1300mg of CelVio Complex, a proprietary spermidine-rich wheat germ extract, zinc, and thiamine for the promotion of autophagy and cell renewal”. The product is manufactured in Austria which adds to the cost but those that can afford it, really believe in this product. I have been very familiar with the Longevity Labs product for a few years but have never tried the Extra+ so I am anxious to compare it against a less expensive brand of Spermidine that I have been using. If I have more to add to my review, I will come back and edit it to reflect my experience. I don’t want to judge based upon shorter term use. What I have found is that I have more energy when taking Spermidine supplements than without taking it which I don’t think is an advertised benefit but one which is noticeable to me.

This only contains 2 mg’s of Spermidine. Do your research. It’s a 30 day supply for 2mg a day at 100 dollars. Pick the one with 7k+ a month purchases for about 50 dollars with a 60 day supply. It’s also a good starting dose at 10mg instead of the terribly low 2mg.Buyer beware

This supplement product arrived on time. After doing reading and research on Spermidine, I was very happy to find this supplement available here on Amazon. As a senior in my mid 70s finding a supplement like this that research has shown to help our body cells to stay strong is important for me. I have been taking Spermidine for a month now and have had no negative reactions. I have also been feeling a positive mood swing that I am very pleased with.

This is a very high-quality spermidine with no fillers or additives. The capsules are small enough to be swallowed easily and don't have an unpleasant odor or taste. I like the matte finish on the capsules- they have a slight texture that allows them to be gripped more easily.This Life Extra spermidine is a little on the pricey side but is one of the best spermidine supplements that I've tried. I experienced no unpleasant side effects from taking this supplement and give it my full recommendation.

This supplement is very new to me. I'd never heard of it before ordering.It's very affordable and I'm looking forward to all the good benefits I read about during a search.Easy to swallow.
