Very good product very nice i liked it

The product is of great quality. Gets the job done quickly and confidently. Comes with a great scrapper as well and 5 pads. Only concern that we felt was if you are using it for moping then you need to get your hands wet to get the water off the pad before you use it for mopping. The scrapper helps in getting the water off but its kind of an inconvenience. But once you get the knack for it then its a great tool to have at home . Covers wide areas quickly and goes into tight spaces as well.

I think this is the best mop I've ever come across. The size and materials make it a breeze to go through the house. The aluminum frame looks like it will last forever. Hoping the plastics do too. But they sell pads, unfortunately now I need to buy a new one

the handle doesn’t adjust to 135 cm. I unlocked it to increase the height from 102 cm to 135 cm and it doesn’t work. I am very disappointed with my purchase.

Its not very absorbent surface, leaves hair remains on floor for dry cleaning, i haven't tried it on watered spills due to its less absorbent base, small in head size, not a good alternative to standard brush. Am not leaving negative feedback since i the order and expected probably better than average.

I like the attachable pads as they are sturdy and hold the water well. It washes my floors well - both tiles and wooden and its swivel movement gets the mop into all the nooks and crannies.I haven’t used it yet for dry cleaning under beds and furniture, but will soon.The reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is because when the handle is extended to the optimum setting for me, the friction with a wet pad when washing the floor, the handle doesn’t feel as sturdy as a solid handle and I’m worried it will snap. I also find the ring bit at the end (to hang it up by, I guess) is a bit uncomfortable when being held and used to push over a wet floor.

Very nice, use on tiled floor, very easy to use. Use it with detergent from a spray bottle leaves floor nice and clean

i have to say this is probably the best mop i have used, not only does it clean the floor from various items placed by the husband on the floor by way of testing me and my new mop, but it also washed well in the machine.

Good mop as good as other top brands especially if you have large areas of hard flooring
