You have to click the little arrow in the size guide, where the regular sizes are, it’s next to “us panties” and select plus size, I tried to copy and paste a few: 1X: US size 14W-16W hip 45-47 inches, 2X: 18W-20W hip 49-51, 3X: 22W-24W hip 53-55, 4X: 26W-28W hip 57-59
