Far Exceeded Expections
I seldom do reviews but felt this product stood out.I read a lot of reviews shopping for "bullet Smokers" my takeaway was most appeared to be cheaply built and difficult to assemble. The Westinghouse smoker concerned me because it appeared to be a newer product with only a few reviews all good, most were from reviewers who got the product for free for the review. No skin in the game.I decided to chance it and ordered the smoker with a black Friday discount. It turned out to be a great decision.1st: Very easy to assemble Basically just attaching the handles, grate brackets and temp gauge. All screws, nuts and washers were segregated into separate labeled compartments instead of thrown into a single bag making them very easy to get to. I assembled the entire smoker in less than 30 minutes (Timed while watching a M.A.S.H. rerun).2nd: Very well built, solid & Sturdy, not flimsy metal as other smokers reviewed.3rd: After curing the smoker per instructions I smoked a 5 lb. chicken took about 4 hours. The smoker held its temperature well at around 235-245. I added a little charcoal once and two additional hickory chunks. The chicken was perfect. The temperature gauge did seem off (low) about 35 degrees. I discovered this early in the process, compensated and it was never an issue. In my opinion this is a quality smoker well worth the money. While small I could easily do a chicken (probably two) on one grate and a side of baby backs on the other at the same time.Bottom line I highly recommend this smoker it is well built, easy to use and more than worth the cost.

Grill
We've had these types of grills before and it was time to upgrade to a new one. It seems to good quality metal and the racks are coated which we like. Used it a couple of times and it works well for us. Since it is smaller than larger grills, storage is much easier.

Smoked out !
I had no experience with smokersI got this little dude and feel like a pro! So far I have smoked St Louis Ris, chicken and short ribs. It's worth every penny that I paid for it. I use Treager pellets and charcoal to smoke my food. Purchased 50 pounds of hickory, apple ๐, oak and maple ๐ pellets for under $13.00 from Costco.

Smoker
Takes some getting used to. But great results on ribs and Brisket. Material cleaned well after first couple uses.

Being able to use real wood to smoke with.
Damage in shipping. Sides dented. scuff marks on the finish. Not necessarily the manufacturer fault.

Love this smoker. Simple design but gets the job done
I've smoked whole chickens and leg of lamb with this smoker and all came out smoked perfectly. Maintains temperature between 225 and 250 for hours and I haven't had to place more charcoal in the smoker.

It cooks slow enough without coals going out
The only thing I did not like isโฆit should have a hole it bottom of coal pan to release the ash so more coals can be added for longer cooking times
