Really love this product it has been a life saver. We had a window that overlooked a neighbour and a reactive dog who did not like the neighbours stepping outside. We have kept the light coming in but stopped our dogs stress so this is a win win all round. It was very easy to apply, I don't understand how there are so many reviews saying otherwise because I am useless at diy but I did each window within 5-10 minutes. I would reccomend buying a squeegee, I bought a couple off amazon for £4, and follow the instructions. To cut the excess off I followed the squeegee down the edge with a knife and it worked perfectly. On my second window I found trimming off the excess as you go a good tip too as it prevents gravity pulling the rest off after I had cut an edge. So I would razor a bit and trim that off before I continued going round the other edges. If you follow the instructions you will be fine. It is honestly no where near as difficult as made out by others.The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is because despite ordering 44.5 x 200cm and having windows that were 16 x 42 cm, one roll was not enough. Easy to go through instructuons and stick to bathroom window. Some tiny bubbles but may be user error !! Packaging is great, instructions are easy to follow. Good value for money, does the job. Window is still letting plenty of ligh through as well as giving us privacy...

Applying this film isn’t the hardest part… that it easy it sticks well enough in the middle of the window but the edges are a different story! I have spent ages trying to keep the edges stuck down and they still persist to come away! I used the water like instructed and a proper vinyl squeegee but you can not get the edges to stay stuck to the window! I even tried a little heat but as it’s not a vinyl sticker that doesn’t work. It’s not sticky at all and only adheres to the surface with a suction property.. looks ok until the edges come away.. do yourself a favour and avoid.. buy a frosted vinyl instead and not this film…

Easy product to apply to the windows, only needing to spray water, will be easily removed and reapplied. Some slight bubbles have formed over a few days but does the job perfectly.

I used this film to black out a couple of glass windows on a tv unit, looked great when done, but once left for a couple of hours millions of tiny bubbles appear which just won’t go however much you try.I know this has been mentioned before but to me these bubbles seem to be from the textured back, which looks great if you’re never going to look at the outside, otherwise save your money.It doesn’t matter how much you try to remove, how much pressure you apply, application with or without water, give it a couple of hours and you’ll have millions of tiny bubbles.Thought I’d leave it overnight before writing a review but no different 24hrs later.Will now remove and look for an alternative film without a textured back.As I said above if you’re never going to see the outside then I assume the blackout would do its job, however, if you can, or would like to see the outside steer clear, save your time, money and effort as whatever you do it’s not going to look good unless you like bubbles.

Does exactly what it says on the box easy to use and fit cut to size obscures perfectly

This is absolutely perfect for Reactive Dog Owners like myself for dogs who are more triggered by sights. We live on a main street so it does also provide privacy as well. I opted for the Pure over the white because I still wanted to get light in and it does. It's not see through at all. I had tried the rainbow-y one from this brand as well, super cute but it's too transparent to help the dogs. Perfect for an interior window I have though!This film is very easy to cut with a box cutter when cutting to the size of the window. It's thinner than other clings I've used before so it clings to the window so much easier! It's very flexible and easy to use if you don't have perfect windows.Last picture, window on the left has the Pure on the bottom and the rainbow style on the top of the window.

I purchased these privacy screens back April 2019, two years later and they are as in good shape as the day I put them all up on my living room and bedroom windows. They were so easy to install and did it by myself in about 1.5 hours, three floor to ceiling and two half of those. I am amazed at the amount of privacy they give me. As you can see from my pic there is a person standing on the outside and he can't see in nor I out. The mosaic is like a work of art, during a rainy day you'd almost think it sunny with the greenery from the trees while at night it comes alive with colours from passing cars taillights. I've stood across the street and looked at my place with my partner directly in front and all you can see is a vague outline but the further away from the window I nolonger see his shape at all. I'm totally happy with them best decision I ever made.
