Very Good Product
Purchased a 2 pack of these diapers for my 70+ pound, 14 year old Golden Retriever mix. Unfortunately, in the last year, he has lost control of his bowels. I purchased an XXX-L size and it fits him perfectly. I thought that size might be too large - but it isn't. Also the velcro straps makes the diaper very adjustable. Is is very easy to put on and remove and Leo seems very comfortable wearing it. I added a menstrual pad on either side (front and back) just to ensure cleanliness. After I take the diaper off, I remove the soiled pads without having to wash the diaper after each wear. Diaper just eliminates me having to pick up poop off of the floor.

CAREFUL!!!!!
These diapers do their job on my 85lbs black lab. However, after about two weeks of him wearing them (only at night), they caused an abrasion on his belly, right in front of his wee. I did not have them on very tight and even the vet said that the tightness is not what caused the injury. After a while, the abrasion healed but it came back again. This time it turned into a gaping hole that required 5 stitches and an additional 3 staples a few days after. And because it was in such an inconvenient spot, my dog had to be put under for the procedure. (The vet bill came out to a total of $330)After everything healed, I went to a fabric store and bought the softest and fluffiest fabric I could find. He now wears a 4x layer of that fabric between the diaper and his skin. The edges of these diapers are way too rough to be worn directly on the skin like that. My dog only needs them at night so I don't even want to imagine what they could do to a dog wearing them all day.

Would not recommend for any large or giant breeds due to the poor fit.
Tried this for my fecally incontinent senior great dane and got the largest size available (xxx-large). He's quite the tall, skinny guy (only weighs around 110), and the diaper was still too small. He sleeps in bed with us and sometimes has an accident during the night, despite our best efforts. I put this on him and sure enough, he pooped himself in the night. He was totally uncomfortable having an overflowing diaper (like I said, too small), and the fact that I still had to clean the blankets AND get the smashed in poo out of his fur means this product just isn't worth the cost or hassle. Would not recommend for any large or giant breeds due to the poor fit.

poop magically escapes
My 13 yr old Lab has become fecally incontinent during her sleep. And she has slept with me all her life. Disposable dog diapers are a total hassle to get on/off. And poop gets out the leg holes on those too. I had minor success combining the diaper with a "diaper keeper" long body suit. Extreme hassle every night. I thought this product was my total answer. It fit great, was easy on/off, stayed on her all night, she wasn't bothered by it, and I thought the tail cinch was the perfect trick. She wore it about a week without having any incident. This morning I woke up in a bed full of poo! Stripping the bed and washing the dog again at 4am on a work day! Apparently this product did not catch ANY of it. It all went straight onto the bed. I am frankly amazed that the product did not work. Also, if you wash it, you can prepare to wait two days for it to dry, even if you put it on delicate low heat in a dryer. Great design idea that simply did not work at all.

Best option I've found
My 13 year old pug is starting to experience fecal incontinence. I've tried the poochpads, wee wee disposable diapers, and baby diapers. None work as well as the snuggease. The poochpads just fell right off of him, and the tail hole was way too big. His curly tail would work it's way out of the opening in no time because the hole was too big. This also meant that any fecal matter could work it's way out of the hole...not a good thing. The wee wee diapers work pretty good, but again, the tail opening was way too big. Plus, they are really expensive for a disposable. The baby diapers were tough to figure out the right size, and if I didn't get the position of the tail hole just right, I would have wasted a lot of $$. The snuggease proved to be the answer to our problem...I just wish I had tried them first! The best part of the snuggease is the cinch-able portion of the tail opening. This allows for a tight, custom fit around his tail and practically eliminates the chance of his tail causing the diaper to fall off. It also eliminates the possibility of any fecal matter from escaping. The snuggease are washable, and having a set of two is very convenient just in case one is in the wash, I always have a backup. The snuggease, as with any doggie diaper, can potentially fall off your dog due to their slippery fur. Also, there is a lot of extra material in the seat area of the snuggease, which makes them too bulky for my dogs behind area. This extra material might be good for another breed, but for the pugs, it causes a droopy, saggy butt! So, I've simply safety pinned some of the excess material up on the topside to elimanate about 1 1/2 inches of extra fabric. Then, to make extra sure they stay on through the night, I put him in a baby onesie. It keeps the diapers from falling off and ensures he's comfy and secure in case of accidents. My pug is 20 pounds and he fits in a 12 month Carter's onesie. I purchased the medium snuggease and it's the right fit. I hope this review helps the next pug owner find a good solution for your baby. I recommend you give the snuggease a try!
