When I bought this M.2 SSD thinking it wouldn’t be a big deal - I was dumb founded after installing it and noticed the big difference in my gameplay with less loading times and smooth transitions. I for sure am making it a big deal NOW!This has a bulky heat spreader that can be easily ignored for your PS5 - keep the M.2 SSD metal cover off as there wouldn’t be a point to putting it back onto your console.Really does wonders with your gameplay and an extra storage for your console, thank you 2TB and Corsair for making a product worth the price!This item really does wonders for PC that I will be buying another in the future For my future upgrades!

I bought 2 of these for pc. One worked great, one was doa. Got a replacement for the dead one and it works great , now. Just make sure you test them.

This is my second one of this the other one is a one tb and this a 2tg I have been so impressed with the first one it was time to upgrade to a 2 tb the 1 tb has been fantastic no problems from the get-go easy to install a setup in my system hope the new one will be of the same experience too

Be careful with Chinese copies of this SSD

Built my gaming PC with this in October 2020 (today is July 2023). It's seen plenty of use, and has given me no problems. I've never even bothered to add extra storage, as this is enough to hold five or six games, and my habit is more to focus on one or two for a while, then uninstall and obsess about a couple others. I run it with the whole side of the case removed for maximum ventilation, and have never cleaned any dust off it in all that time -- still works.

Calidad decente aunque algo caro

Well I've used this m.2 for gaming a little bit before I used it to Chia farm. For some reason my task manager reads this nvme as having high latency, I dont know if that is because I'm not using it as my primary drive. Installing this drive was a pain, while installing the physical drive itself and attaching the heatsink wasn't especially difficult, this drive definetly did not plug and play, I had to go through a meticulous trial of getting my computer to recognize it which I ended up having to open disk manager and formatting the drive. The bench marks were all over the place with crystal disk mark as if the drive was bugged. However I ran a few games directly off this drive and they ran great. Little did I know after purchasing this Mp510 that the mp510's have serious compatibility issues with a variety of motherboards. while I was able to get my drive working I would have bought an older mp500 if I knew that the 510 was plagued with these issues.

Todo iba bien pero de la nada mi pc se reinicio sola y ahora no me detecta la ssd para nada ni en la bios ni en el Windows y no se que hacer :(

Super recomendada en el trabajo la usamos en los ordenadores, yo la uso en mi pc personal, es una joya en tiempo de vida de esta ssd es lo doble de las demas ssd top que encontraras en el mercado. No es la mas veloz, su rendimiento en escritura y lectura es super decente o en mi parecer muy buena obvio no es la mas veloz pero ni en poco se encuentra en las mas bajas. Es una chulada en clima muy caliente o muy frio, trabajando full time en el dia, su rendimiento y tiempo de vida es muy prolongado a diferencia de otras. Es el valor agregado en esta ssd su propuesta de valor es la durabilidad y uso rudo en distintas condiciones de uso. Si estas pensando en usar esta ssd en una Workstation esta es tu mejor opcion. Si lo que quieres es lo mas top en velocidad para tu computadora gamer vete por otras opciones. Yo en mi pc personal la tengo en un enfoque gamer para mi ocio y en un enfoque Worstation para mi profesion y esta es mi ssd main, y super recomendada.

I did a lot of research on SSD's before buying this model. Most people pay attention to the capacity or the speed of the read/writes. I already had a blazing fast M.2 SSD in my first slot, but I really wanted something that would be good for storing a lot of data read/write/delete. This Corsair model has the highest endurance rating for Terabytes Written. I suppose only time will tell, but I am hopeful they deliver on this potential. The generous heatsink is a good value add for the second M.2 slot which doesn't come with it's own heat shield. I bought this drive while on sale at a price that beats most entry level value brands which are only PCIe3 drives. This Corsair drive offers TBW of 6-8 times those value brands, while also offering middle of the road PCIe4 speeds. The real world difference between the 5000Mbps speeds this drive has versus the top tier 7300Mbps speeds is pretty much nil unless you are a heavy gamer. I do some light casual gaming and haven't noticed any difference in moving data between my boot drive and my data drive.I think Corsair should be commended for offering a drive with this type of endurance. I have always been partial to this brand as a good value and this SSD is no different. It is a touch pricey at MSRP, but still a solid buy. If you are looking for an M.2 SSD with strong PCIe4 speeds, a built-in heatsink, and best in class endurance, this is a no brainer. The only caveat is that Corsair has reserved more of the drive memory to achieve the longer endurance. This just means you have marginally less capacity to use, but for the 1TB model I bought, it is the difference of about 300MB between this drive and my other SSD. I think this trade off is very reasonable if endurance is your top priority. The only other options I could find that were close to these endurance ratings all cost at least double this drive. It won't win any awards for top tier speeds. I actually have it installed in a PCIe3 slot as my Motherboard only has one PCIe4 slot, so speed was not a priority for me. This ends up throttling it back from 5000Mbps to 3300Mbps and it still feels just as snappy as my 73000Mbps PCIe4 SSD. Highly recommended, depending on your needs. Note that removing the heatsink will void the warranty though, so if you don't need an SSD with a heatsink, you may want to keep looking.
