Fast turnaround. Had to pay £10 extra to fix the 'broken' tape though.

Service as advertised- Super fast turn-a-round from my sending my old DV cassettes, to returning videos on disc.

Transfer to DVD was first class. The disc was delivered in three days in a well addressed and stiff packet. Many thanks for an excellent copy.
