I like the lighting and effects, but this melter has a very small heating surface and will not fully melt the wax in the provided tray.EDIT: Seller reached out to me to offer a full refund. I didn't feel right accepting it since I was still using one I purchased. Seller sent me a new one that works much better. I appreciate it as I was just going to keep the one I had.THANK YOU!

This is SO pretty. The only con I have to report is that I wish the speed was a little bit slower so that it actually looks like the Northern Lights, but otherwise a great product. I love that it has time settings so it can shut off after 2 or 4 hours, or be left on until you want to turn it off.

It has beautiful lights, although the colors alternate too quickly for my liking. My biggest problem is that it doesn't get hot enough to melt the wax at all. Disappointing. If you are looking for a night light it's perfect, but as a wax warmer, it's not worth it.

The unit worked well as a light but not so well for melting any of the wax products we use. I believe the top plate gets limited heat and the results were soft wax cubes and very little liquid wax.

I got it from my dad for his birthday. He absolutely loves it. It melts, but not all the way for the wax. You can still smell it.

I love the size of this! It sets off the perfect amount of smell. Quality is great!
