these are soooooo much better than disposables for so many reasons...
I buy these for myself every pregnancy (can never have too many :D) and for every baby shower I've ever been to. They are just fantastic, catch so much of your milk (I always have a massive oversupply) and don't leak into your clothing, don't scrunch up, and don't make your boobs sweaty, so your baby doesn't get a salty sweaty boob to drink from. They also last so long compared to disposables, and you only have to buy them once, not over and over, unlike disposables, so they last long for the day, and last for the whole breastfeeding period. When I only had 3 pairs, I would wash them in the bathroom sink with baby shampoo and leave them overnight on the radiator, so they'd be ready by morning, and when I had 6 pairs (then 9) I simply lob them in the washing basket and wash in the machine with the next suitable wash. SO EASY!!I just LOVE them!

Really disappointed, waste of money & tears of frustration
These are awful! Wish I’d listened to my husband & continued with the disposable ones instead of thinking I’d try help with waste/environment.I can’t say anything about absorbency as I’m currently pregnant & have started leaking so only have a little bit for now & got these just to protect the bedding/my bras & pjs.I’ve tried these for 2 days and I just can’t. I have rumpled, square, folded looking boobs. The pads don’t stay put, they are crumpled up, they aren’t soft on skin.I’ve cried with frustration (& hormones). After reading the reviews I thought these would be perfect. What an absolute waste of money. I’d return for a refund, but I’ve opened and washed them all - all 12 of them!I’ve subscribed to the disposable ones now. They stay in place and don’t make my boobs a funny shape or rub against them like a rough flannel.

Lovely comfy breastpads
Lovely breast pads. Very comfy and larger than previous resuables I have bought which is great as I am a DD and I felt like the coverage wasn't enough with other brands I have bought.I am nearing the end of my breastfeeding journey so I am not leaking as much as I did when me and my son were new to feeding but I do still leak from the opposite breast to what I am feeding from and I have found them quite good at absorbing so far.

Super absorbent and long lasting
These last 24hrs a pair for me unlike disposables which last one feed if I'm lucky. With a newborn I'm feeding often. They machine wash at 40 with no dramas at all and then go through the tumble dryer on low so really easy to clean. Mine have all been through the wash a fair few times now and are showing no signs of wear and tear at all. Just don't be tempted to use fabric conditioner as this blocks the absorbency. I bought 12 so I would have plenty in reserve while washing and haven't been without any yet. The large size means they cover well. They can look a little lumpy when they first go in your bra but soon fit your shape after a little wear. The patterned side is really cute and smooth. The absorbent side is soft towelling material so no irritation at all. These are saving me a fortune on disposables.

Good alternative to disposable pads
These have been great now that my leakage is less - at the beginning when I had heavier leakage, they would get uncomfortably damp against my (already sore) nipples if I didn't get the opportunity to change them 2 or 3 times throughout the day. They have never leaked through to my clothes and seem waterproof, although they aren't plastic-backed. They are a little lumpy under your bra as they aren't shaped to your breast like disposable ones. This hasn't bothered me as I wear thick nursing bras that don't show it through, plus it's winter and layers are required. Under a thin bra and flimsy summer top, it would probably be more visible. I wash them with my babies clothes, usually at 60, often with napisan, and they always go in the dryer. They seem to be surviving very well and they get washed a lot!

Good, but weren’t great on sore nipples.
I bought these as I like the environmental advantages of a reusable pad. They are very absorbent and easy to clean. However, I found when I had sore nipples that were wet, the material would dry onto my nipple and have to pulled off, which caused more friction on already sore nipples. Also occasionally the dry material would rub uncomfortably also. I found using them the wrong way around more useful as that side was softer and didn’t adhere to my nipple, but absorbency was reduced.

Very practical, easy to clean
I had real issues during my first breastfeeding journey with disposable breast pads. In hindsight I had an allergy and found them very irritating on my nipples. These lads however solved all my issues during my second breastfeeding journey. They are easy to use, very easy to clean and don’t make any visible lining under your clothes.I had to buy two packets to ensure cleaning turnaround times didn’t leave me short, especially in those early days when I would over flow.

Disappointing- become misshapen
The other reviews sold me on these reusable pads. I've had others before but was drawn to the nice swallow design on these. All good to start with, nice feeling fabric and good quality stitching.Only ever washed at 30°c or 40°c- never tumble dried- all the pink bird ones and some of the blue ones have become misshapen. Like a layer inside has shrunk and pulled the edges asked. I can't wear them as the wrinkling shows through my clothes.
