They stink really bad but as long as you know you have to put them out from the start, it’s fine. Leave them outside for a while to air them out. Make sure they are left out in open air. They will lose their smell if you leave them out for a while. It’s rubber so you can’t fault for the smell. They work well and they were a great purchase. They no longer smell and can be stored in the garage. They are easy to use, I don’t bolt them, I put them out when needed. They are sturdy, a good value, easy to move, and a decent size. They were exactly as advertised.

I read the other reviews and definitely this initially had a strong rubber smell. But that's ok since it was going to be used outside. This so far is holding up and had to buy a 2nd set to make sure the tires aways makes contact when going up. It doesn't move and they provided screws to attach to make sure it's not moving -- we didn't need to use that. It also makes taking down/up our trash cans easier as well as our car. This was better than the 'lightweight' one that we bought and it didn't hold up. We'll see how long it lasts.

Used these to get a 34’ motorhome over a curb to park at our house. They worked like a charm, even with the back tires that are 2 tires wide. Very heavy duty - but they do stink like strong rubber as everyone has said. Just leave them outside and you’ll be good to go!

So far the size was good, sturdiness and stability. Great value for the money goodbye again.

Exactly what I was looking for. Reasonably priced, heavy duty, curb ramps. The drain details, anchors, the weight, are all a great fit to our needs. As other reviews mentioned, there is a smell, so I would only use on an outdoor application, but would likely be overkill on an indoor application. The one thing about curb ramps to consider is that even if you have a standard 6 inch curb, unless it is a newer or well maintained road, it’s normally actually a little less than 6 inches. This puts you in a weird spot where the smaller one at 4 inches is too low, but the 6 inch is a little high. We chose the 6inches because it is closest, but it is slightly little taller than the curb. Works well regardless.

These will last a lifetime.

I purchased the 5" ramps in October of 2023 and have used them twice, in Nov 2023 and Apr 2024 to store and remove my camper from a storage unit with a high curb. They worked great and are heavy duty. That being said, they CANNOT be used near any living spaces because of the horrible burning rubber stench they emit (rubber offgassing). I put them in the downstairs lobby once overnight (behind a sealed door) and the upstairs reeked for days after they were removed. I unfortunately don't have any place to store them in or outside my apartment, so I've had to put them in my truck bed under the camper shell, which makes everything inside the bed reek. My dog can't be in her crate back there with them. I hoped some of the smell would dissipate during a winter in the storage unit with the camper, but there was zero change. Despite them being great for my purpose, I have to sell them and find something else because the smell is literally that bad. If you had them fixed to the ground at the end of a driveway far from your house, they'd be perfect - but still reek. Due to my lack of storage away from places where I need to be able to breathe, I have to get rid of them. I didn't want to ding the product with less stars, but the 'ode de stench' is terrible, which drastically reduces where and how they can be used.

I needed something to get my Lawn Tractor from the grass onto my back concrete patio. With a 5-in drop it was really ruining my mower deck everytime I tried to drive up. I considered building wood ramps, but was worried about rotting, and termites. I bought 2-Sets (4 Total) of these ramps and after leveling the ground, placed them side by side to make one nice long ramp about 78-in wide. I secured them to the ground with 1-ft long galvanised tent nails/spikes, two per ramp, eight total. Final Result: Big Difference, the ramps look great, they don't move at all, and the mower rides on/off the concrete without any problems. I can even drive my truck onto the patio without any difficulty. A little expensive but a great solution. TIP: open the delivery box outside, the ramps have a very, very strong rubber smell, it lasts for about 4-days and then goes away.

After unsuccessfully going to Repco, SuperCheap & Bunnings to find Ramps the exact height of our cement slab, I decided to order exactly what I wanted on Amazon. There were so many options and I found what I wanted and ordered over a weekend. Tuesday morning package arrived and they were perfect.

They have a terrible smell, I worked in the rubber industry for 30 years and never smelt anything like this. In time it will dissipate. Being outside it doesn’t bother me. Would not recommend for any indoor area.
