Slightly variable on the same setting keeps you on your toes. Limited number of options as expected for the money.

Robot worked OK for a few weeks and then balls started jamming in the ball container. Balls just don't fall through into the shoot, so it delivers 4-5 balls and then it shoots blanks (no ball comes out). Worst part is you can't get any support - no useful response from the supplier or their supplier. I see there is a comment that someone fixed this by installing the "ball paddle", but mine didn't come with one and there is nothing about this in the instructions, even though the poke bar has a screw at the top where it looks like something should go in.

This has now been in regular use for over 18 months with only one (very) minor problem; it does occasionally shoot 2 balls out at the same time. A glitch that only happens 2/3 times a session of 4 or 5 loadings of the hopper with 144 balls and always very satisfying when I return both balls.

Great robot with just enough options for spin that it is more than enough as you get the hang of it. I could spend hundreds of hours with this thing. Used it outside and it just keeps grinding away even with leaves and debris running through it.

A few people have highlighted the problem with balls jamming in the machine. One of the other reviewers said he cured it by fitting the 'rotating paddle' in the 'hopper' (ball holder). I did the same and its true. It now works without jamming. The rotating paddle is the rubber part aprox 3 inches long. It needs to be screwed on top of the rotating metal pole which protrudes through the ball holder. When the machine is switched on the paddle rotates and it pushes the balls towards the hole at the top of the chute.
