Don't use two of these paired as transmitter and receiver!
Bought two of these, intending to use one as a transmitter and the other as receiver. My main intended use was for use with TV and non-bluetooth wired headphones. First I tested with just music from headphone jack on stereo to non-bluetooth wired headphones. Was sorely disappointed in the sound quality: The sound was very "tinny" and far from anything I would call hi-fi. Also, quite a bit of noise could be heard when the music was low / or between songs. The bad sound quality and noise was there no matter how close or how far away transmitter and receiver were from each other. I tried swapping the two units, so that the one I'd used as a transmitter I used as a receiver instead and vice versa. Still the same bad sound quality.Next I tried using my iPhone as the transmitter, testing the receiving capabilities of both units. The sound degradation was not as bad in this situation, but still it was noticeably worse than when I just connected the same wired headphones directly to the stereo-jack of my iPhone (6S). Both Cootway units sounded the same. Now I wanted to put the units to the test - using them for the main purpose I'd bought them for: TV. That's when I was absolutely convinced that I would send these right back. On top of the sound degradation, I experienced a very noticeable lag between picture and sound, so not even the Low Latency was up to snuff!I did one more test: using one of the units as a transmitter connected to the headphones jack of the TV and then using a pair of BOSE QC35 bluetooth headphones. In this situation, the lag seemed less noticeable. Also, the sound quality was more acceptable, but still noticeably worse than when I just connected the headphones directly to the headphones jack of the TV.My conclusion - don't buy two of these, expecting to use one as a transmitter and the other as a receiver, at least not if you care about sound quality or latency. Used as a single unit, the performance is better, but not great. As already stated, I quickly decided to send these right back!

Value for money Bluetooth
My husband bought a set to listen to the TV through Bluetooth head phones. He has found them so easy to use and effective that he has purchased this second set to listen to the kitchen radio through an Anker speaker. He reckons that the Archers have never sounded better!!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
In general, this is a good device, easy to use, small and lightweight. Exactly what I wanted. BUT the battery doesn't last more than an hour after fully charging. I contacted the company who promised me a replacement but I never got it - and now it's too late to return the faulty one. They are not answering emails anymore. I am not happy!!!

Good but limits timespan
Works like a charm.Delivery OK.However it lasted 2 years only. Then the box started to make larsen noises. So just be aware that it has a limited timespan.
