At first I thought the belt was good but as time went by it seemed to stretch. In the end it became very loose and didn't really give much support.

I bought this belt to help with lower bad back and sciatica pain. I am short and fat so I bought the larger size belt which fit well. The belt itself seems well made, unfortunately it didn't help with my pain very much. The larger you are the more difficult to wear a belt like this but don't be put off trying. I would have tried anything hence the purchase. The only thing that did help was loosing weight.

I think this belt is more for young sporty people rather than more elderly people that have the problem because of old age. They are less likely to have the abdominal musculature, and therefore the belt does not fit so comfortably. It does, however, still help in reducing the pain of these conditions.

I ordered a plus size belt due to the sizing. It’s well made, and looks good, but it only just fits.I’ve measures the actual belt and the length is 44 inches. The one I ordered was the plus size which was for 46 to 55 inches.So won’t be ordering again. Please be careful when placing an order.

Better than nothing but I’m not petite and could have done with wider

Not tight enough to support. Could have done with a few extra inches to get a good overwrap. Maybe I need to lose a few pounds.
