Large leafed goodness
We usually buy regular cavolo nero from waitrose, but thought we'd try this organic version. It's brilliant! Much bigger and thicker than the ones we used to get, doesn't break up as much while cooking, has good colouring and comes in plastic-free packaging. Wash, slice out the centre stem, dice the leaf and cook. Easy peasy!
