I've been using this product for years
This seems to be like a good quality flax seed. I normally buy it in the supermarket where it is a bit cheaper. But they had sold out. This multipack was the most reasonable price on here.

Well package well thought through quantity purchase of Cold Milled Flaxseed
Dear users great but remember once you open a packed please store it well sealed and in the fridge as it can become poisonous unless stored properly or so I was WARNED. I am told such care of storage once open is essential and to use up as swiftly as possible. But very pleased with this product and the quantity divided into small bags reducing risks with this handle with care product.

This does what it says on the tin . I bought this to start a Colon Cleanse I had seen advertised, Not sure that actually worked, However I have continued to use the Flaxseed on my morning porridge and have to say feel fitter for using it.

I buy this on a regular basis and think this offer is good value. I've been having it with cereal or yogurt daily for over 25 years as a health aid

Good value
After reviewing which flaxseed to take, cold milled organic flaxseed came out best as it does not go rancid after opening. A packet of this lasts just about a week and I use around 2 tablespoons a day. I mix it with porridge every morning and it really does help to keep me regular. After repeat puchases of this product I now find it has nearly doubled in price on amazon and i can get it much cheaper at sainsburys. Why the sudden huge price increase?

A better quality flaxseed
An alternative way of getting fibre and Omega 3,6 etc. I have followed a friends recommendation and sprinkled it in my porridge. Await results, I am assured that the benefits are huge.

Stir a tablespoonful into a large glass of orange juice in the morning. Sprinkle onto cooked porridge or natural biolive yogurt with fruit. Make a breakfast smoothie with 1 banana, 200mls fruit juice, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 2 dessertspoons yogurt and 1 tablespoon flaxseed. Keep well hydrated throughout the day.
