This is product is not fit for purpose. The information is completely wrong. Yet another scam(expect that it is a poorly manufactured product (looks like a defect in one side of the handle with the hole for the plastic grip to slip into), just look at the pictures. Looks like they change their name and as such removes there website. I would expect that Amazon should recall all the product they sold and retrurn (or replace with a product that can be trusted.). Amazon looks like it has become the new ebay, where its always buyer beware. I for one do not trust Amazon at all, they should underwrite the guarantee that their vendors are selling. Or, make it clear that they don't do anything otherthan store and deliver. and never trust anything that they are selling on there website.... Also stop selling anything that has no accountability to products here in the UK.

Excellent product but the ratchet system takes a little getting used to at first. I have quite bad arthritis in my hands, am a full time professional gardener and these secateurs are easier to use than most other models. One serious criticism, the catch to undo them takes two ( Arthritic!) hands to undo as it is quite stiff and in an awkward position. This apart I would recommend this product to any keen gardener, they cut really well.

I love these as I have arthritis,they make cutting thicker branches easy. However my husband has been removing some large shrubs with thick roots using them and broke them using too much force on too big a diametre ! If one takes note of the max.width they can cut they are excellent.

Bought these as present for my wife who has probs cutting and she was so happy with these but will not be able to prove how good they are until the garden season starts but the quality is superb and would like to think that when used they will really be a 5 star item

The safely keeps slipping back on which is a pain. Otherwise its pretty good.

Spring has broken after a few weeks do they do replacements?

This is a great product and a great investment. Good quality and the ratchet cutting means you can cut thick branches
