Sticks well enough but the fabrics also peels off easily enough. I find it a bit hard though to take the paper off the stabiliser, once it's hooped.

I use Solky fabri-solvy or the Super Solvy Water Soluble Stabilizer to draw my design on the front and I put the Stick-n-tear on the backing. It is a game changer and it really helps to stabilize thin or stretchy fabric like shirts. I really need the stick-n-tear if I use the water soluble stabilizer because it doesn't stick to the fabric so the stick-n-tear helps to keep it all together.A good thing to know: it is not permanent so it will disappear over time and washes BUT I would not use it on the front to draw my design.
