It’s a very synthetic looking pink, it looks nothing like the photo. I ended not using it, will use it on my dolls.

Yes, just be careful when applying heat and control the temperature under 180℉/ 80℃, thank you!

Yes, it is longer than my hair, so I trimmed a few inches and it's perfect.
