A nice blend of sweet, tart, and crunchy. More generous than I'd expect with the pecans compared to the cheaper ingredients. I put this on almost every salad I make these days and it adds texture and flavor without too many calories.

So I get about 3 meals out of one of these, for $2 or so a meal. It gives me lots of energy, so it helps me on days when I need to exercise a lot, but can't just eat beans and rice.Some of the edamame in it (about 1/10th of them in the bag) are brown and shriveled and taste like they've gone bad, and I do wish all of them were good quality. So I took off a star because food of that quality is not supposed to be sold, but since it was only 1/10th of the edamame in the pouch, I would still certainly buy it again. I threw away the brown shriveled ones, after trying two and discovering that they had a very different flavor from the other ones in the bag.

I cannot say much about this blend……except it’s a little pricey. Addicted to it tho so always have on hand.

I like the taste of the mix and use it on my salad.
