We've owned about 5 of these units by different brands, all in the same price range, and all 2000Pa, so we know a thing or two by now. The big pro for this unit is that it's the first one that doesn't get stuck on the 1/2" threshold between our kitchen and living room. It also just gets stuck less often in general. Which is great!What's less great is the battery life, which is shorter than we're used to. It usually cleans for around 60-70 minutes max, vs. closer to 90 minutes we got from others. I think I understand the reason for this. Even if you set the unit manually to low suction power, which is all you need when you run it daily on hard surfaces for dust, the unit constantly overrules you to increase the suction power. This is not just when running over a rug or some crumbs. It adjusts suction seemingly at random on different parts of the same mostly clean wood or tile floor. The result is it doesn't get to as many different areas of the house on one charge as it could otherwise.I'm pretty sure that Vactidy could fix this issue with a firmware update, or maybe even just an update to the app. If told what to do, a vacuum needs to listen to its owner instead of trying to make its own decisions on the fly. I'm the boss of you, robot, and I said low suction power!That one annoyance aside, I recommend this unit. We're happy with it, especially in its ability to move around without getting stuck, and especially for its great price. Still, I hope a firmware update in the future will make it more obedient.

Does claim to be for pets however, fur will clog it. Also don’t recommend for more crowded homes as it will get stuck on the most random things. Socks, chargers, rugs, ect. I did like how you could program it to run when your not at home since it is a little noisy. Overall, bought as a prime deal and don’t regret it!

I have tile floors and bought this vacuum so I didn’t have to sweep up in the kitchen multiple times a day. It was a nice idea, but didn’t work for me. I have a small home (1500 sq Ft) and open concept for living room, kitchen and dining room. I have too many items around each room that when the vacuum hit it, the vacuum changed directions and seemed to stay off course which meant it didn’t go back to clean the area it turned away from. I then started following it around telling it where to go. This didn’t work either, as when told to turn, the vacuum would not go in a straight line so again not allowing me to have it clean the area it missed. It was frustrating so I decided to return it. Maybe if you have a larger open area with no wires or anything to interfere with the vacuum, it might do a good job. Maybe having tile and the vacuum going over the grouted areas causes it not to move in a straight line. I just know, it did not work for me. I’m back to manual sweeping.

I have a smaller living room and it gets the job done in just that area without roaming on to other rooms. Run time is about 45 minutes.

It's not a fancy expensive model, which I appreciated. I watched it randomly cruise around my house the first time I used it, and it made me crazy! There is absolutely no pattern to it that I can discern, and I couldn't see how it could possibly do a thorough job. But the floors looked much better when it was done, and the bin was full of fur and dirt. My floors are wood, with low-pile area rugs in a couple of rooms. The next time I ran it I ran the upright vac over the living room rug right after the robot was done, and there was almost nothing in it. Since then, I run it every other day - when I'm not home! It makes less noise than the dishwasher, which is very quiet. It gets under the bed, and under the dresser, and under the sofa, and under the china cabinet - all places the upright can't go. I've figured out where it gets stuck, and I move the furniture to prevent that. I usually put the dining table chairs up restaurant-style so it can get under the table easily. It climbs a wider shallower threshold, but a threshold finished with quarter-inch round stops it. It doesn't get into corners, of course. The little sweeper arms pop off as soon as it hits a rug, so I just leave them off. I've tried the spiral setting to clean up a spill of dry coffee grounds, and it worked great. I haven't bothered downloading the app because the remote works just fine for me, I just hit the button on my way out the door. Cleaning it takes less than 5 minutes to empty the bin and brush the filter and clean the roller with the included tool, and then it's ready to go again. Love this little gadget!

I bought this on Amazon prime day and thought I was getting a pretty good deal only to find out that the price is pretty steady or always “has a percentage off” of it. While I read the reviews, I have to say that this is not meant for a family with pets. The dustbin is so small that I would have to empty. It at least four or five times per room.I was also not impressed with the suction. Ultimately, it did not meet my needs or what I was needing it to do, so I returned it.

This is our 3rd robot from 3 different companies. My only issue is the robot keeps getting stuck under things like the fridge and the couch. Outside of that I have no complaints. Hopefully this is something that gets fixed with future robots. If that fix that issue I would easily buy this robot again. I also appreciate after 6 months they sent me a message asking how my product is working.

Pick up all cables before putting it cleaning. If you have a pet this is a must have item.

一人暮らしの家事を減らしたくて購入お掃除ロボット君には私が別の場所の掃除をしている時に床の掃除機かけをお願いしています。働き者で私の指示があるまでは電池が切れるまで働き続けようとしてくれます。おかげで床が綺麗になります。リモコン型コントローラーがついており、ラジコンの様に操作することが可能です。小さいお子さんがいるご家庭では子どもたちが楽しみながらお掃除のお手伝いをするきっかけにもなるかもしれませんね。困った点としては、ある程度充電器の側にいないと自力で帰れないところ。コンセントのヒモなどがある場所の掃除機かけはできないこと(コードを巻き込んで危険)。部屋の角の掃除が行き届かないこと。上記困った点を理由に星４としました。とりあえず、買って良かったです。

Klar wenn das Gerät gebraucht wurde aber die Hauptrolle fehlt und das war bei dem Modell nicht vermerkt.Der Herr im Amazon Call Center war sehr freundlich und hat gesagt ich solle das Modell zurückschicken und mir einen neuen kaufen bevor ich das tue habe ich mir einen neuen ausgesucht und die Preise angesehen da war allerdings ein Modell gebraucht und im guten Zustand dabei um 12 € teurer bei der Mängelliste steht dort dabei, dass die Hauptbürste fehlt und ohne die wird das Gerät nicht saugen?Fazit zuerst die Mängelliste genau durchlesen❗️ und eventuell die Rolle mitbestellen, die gibt's bei Amazon das konnte mir der Callcenter Mitarbeiter nicht sagen.Somit habe ich die Rücksendung abgebrochen weil mein Staubsauger viel billiger war für mich ein Schnäppchen auch wenn ich jetzt die Rolle extra dazu kaufen muss!Vorerst nur 4*,eine neue Bewertung erfolgt, sobald die Hauptbürste da ist und er saugt.NACHTRAG nach 1 Woche:Das Warten und die Mühe haben sich gelohnt ich bin schwer zufrieden mit der Saugleistung dieses Gerätes!Wie der Hersteller allerdings auf 120 Minuten kommen kann ist mir ein Rätsel bei mir saugt er das Wohn- Schlafzimmer in ca. 30 Minuten und fährt sofort wieder zurück zur Ladestation. Anhand des relativ langen Videos kann man gut die zwei Saugmodi, die ich gerne verwende erkennen, bin allerdings noch nicht so routiniert in der Handhabung der Fernsteuerung. Die spitzen Ecken bei den Katzentoiletten und anderen Möbelstücken muss man mit der Saugdüse separat aussaugen dort sammelt sich nämlich Lurch und Katzenstreu.Das Gerät übertrifft meine Erwartungen, die zwei Vorgängermodelle waren nicht für Langhaarkatzen geeignet und haben binnen kürzester Zeit den Geist aufgegeben wie man hier sehen kann verfangen sich in der Bürste sehr viele Haare, die ich sonst im Akkusauger in der Bürste habe. Das Reinigen ist einfach weil ich eine Drahtbürste für die Entfernung von Katzenhaaren aus allen anderen Bürsten verwende.Sobald das Sauger auf einen Teppich kommt, erhöht er die Saugleistung mit etwas Zeitverzögerung aber er erhöht sie was bei Teppichen sicher notwendig ist.Also von mir eine ganz ganz klare Kaufempfehlung! Sollte der jemals den Geist aufgeben werde ich mir wieder einen Vactidy zulegen.Der Sauglärm hält sich in Grenzen, die Jungs reagieren kaum mehr darauf, sind 😎!

We've owned our vac for a week or so now (so cannot comment on longevity) but so far so good for a budget option. It's quieter than I thought it might be. It picks up pet hair, crumbs etc with ease. It also successfully cleaned up some sand that had somehow made its way to our floor.On edge clean it doesn't quite get into tight corners and on auto clean it's definitely random, without room mapping we just leave it be then use the app to send it back to base. We've not yet manages to pair it with the smart speaker.It requires you keep the base somewhere with 1m (3ft) either side and 2m (6ft) in front, this is ridiculous but I assume helps the vac navigate back to base.There's something quite smug about making a cuppa whilst the kitchen is being vacuumed. So if you want to free up valuable time, a robo vac might be for you and this is a great entry level model.

初めてのロボット掃除機。お試しで安くなっていたので5月に購入し、毎日使っていました。ロボット掃除機を動かす為に床の物を片付けたりするので、部屋を綺麗に保てて重宝しておりました。ところが9月下旬頃、突然動かなくなりメーカーに問合せをしました。バッテリーに問題があるのだろうということでバッテリーを送ってもらうことに。ロボット掃除機が動かなくなって１ヶ月が過ぎでやっとバッテリーが届き、無事に直りました。メーカーの対応はとても良かったのですが、直るまで時間がとてもかかりました。でも誠心誠意対応してくださり、時間がかかってしまったのも海外なのもあり致し方ないと思います。バッテリーを待っている間に新しいロボット掃除機を購入したのですが、メイン以外の部屋を担当してもらおうと思います。
