I was sceptical at first as to whether or not this would have any effect. However, after having taken the recommended dosage for a few days, I found that the consistency of my movements were vastly improved, leaning the relevant parts of my body feeling clean.

This product is great! It started working within a week. I now have a BM every morning. I love that it has all the extra herbs added. It has improved my IBS.

This product works!!!I suffered from chronic constipation and IBS since I can remember. It was really bad during my first pregnancy and after the birth of the baby but somehow I survived but ends up with piles and haemorrhoids due to constant straining. I had my second baby three months ago and was in agony again. One day I was severely impacted and ended up bleeding after being to the toilet. I was desperately searching for something to help and came across this product and I’m so glad I did. On day 4 of taking the capsules I had a BM without straining and after using this product for a month the haemorrhoids have shrunk and I have regular BM every morning. I feel light and the heavy, bloated feeling has disappeared. This has been a life saver for me and I can’t recommend it enough.

I have tried this and pure for men and the pure for men regime is much more effective and noticeable. This stuff works just not as well and pure may be twice the price but in fairness it’s twice as effective so the maths is there.

So far so good. An internet article led me to a search for a product like this and I thought I'd give these a go. Let's just say that my output goes from one extreme to another, so anything to make me more regular would be a bonus.I've seen some really positive results in just a week. I did as suggested and started on 1x tablet a day, and now moved on to 2x. After about a day, I could feel something working. My stomach felt different - not good, not bad, just different. I've become very noticeably less bloated and felt a lot less sluggish. The 'output' has gradually improved.I guess like most people who are reading this, I bought the product because I wanted them to give me more confidence when doing *you-know-what*. Time will tell, and I'll be sure to add to this review - it's looking really promising. But for now, the changes in my stomach/bowels alone in just a short space of time, with zero negative side effects, are enough to make me want to keep taking these.

I have tried several psyllium husk formulations, from Pure to Take Two, etc and now this one, so i know what to expect. Unlike most of the reviews here, my issue is not constipation, it's soft stools that break and are difficult to clean. This product seemed promising, with the extra ingredients like aloe vera and all, however if anything i found it was worse for me during the 2.5 weeks I have taken it, my stools only got softer, they were slightly easier to clean (then when i don't take anything) but way softer than with the other products i have tried. I also noticed that the recommended dosage is only 2 capsules and they ask not to exceed, so i didn't. But the 2 capsules have way less psyllium husk than the amount in 1 dosage of Pure for example (and for me this has been the product that worked better). It may be still a great product for people with a different problem, but if you have the same issue as me I would not advise.

This product has started to help me massively, iv been taken for a week and very slowly were starting to work. I was sent by my GP straight to hospital with grossly abdominal bloating , I take medication that does make you constipated, this is the truth for 10 years iv been suffering with constipation and it really caught up with me recently. The hospital Doctor told me I was severely constipated to the point it looked like I was carrying a baby dinasoure I was full of air because I could not pass wind or burp it was so painful. But now theses pills are kicking in I’m going twice a day my stomach has started to decrease in size and am able to pass wind. Helped me so much I’m very grateful I found this product. My experience of taking these pills, they work, !!!

After 2 years of pain in left side, cramping, wind and loose stools every 3 days I came across this product when searching IBS supplements. After 3 days of taking 2 before bed I had no more loose stools. After 1 week my pain had reduced 50%. After 2 weeks almost painless and have bowel movement every morning like clockwork. I tip my hat to this product. All natural ingredients so can’t go wrong if your having digestive issues. It’s like it resets everything back to 0. I do suggest that you are weary of what you eat as well. I noticed that if I ate something that wasn’t a good for my ibs then I would get a bit of pain but it was nice to know what affected me rather than constant pain and not knowing.
