When I'm bad with migraine my head feels like exploding so When I heard about this cap I thought give it a try as I've tried everything else on the market .This cap is brilliant, it helps support my head around my temples , the gel is soothing and gently massages if I move on pillow . I still need pain killers but with help of the cap it's so helpful. I highly recommend 👌

I bought this product & tried it a few times.Pro's:1.) I liked the fit & feel of it (very soft, comfy, provides a small amount of head compression).2.) You can tell it's made well (good quality).3.) I found that it did help relieve some migraine pain, not completely but did help some.Con's:1.) I found this item does not stay cold for very long. After trying it out a few different times during a migraines (re-freezing it between using it) I found that it only stays cold for about 15-20 minutes max.2.) With the above mentioned issue (it only staying cold for 15-20 minutes), if you have a bad migraine & need the cold to last longer, you'll need to buy 2-3 of these.3.) I thought that the"gel" cold part of this head wrap went around the entire head, but this one only goes around the front HALF of your head. So the sides & back do not get cold.Overall, I returne this item & am going to try out some other brands who have 360 degree full head gel coverage.

I actually had this mask for heated use, over my eyes, as suggested by my doctor to help me unblock some areas around my eyesThe shape is not ideal, a bit loose and I don’t like how it covers my noseIt worked fine for my eyes, do feel relaxed after use

Works ok. I use it very cold and it give me relief in my migraine headache. BUT Very loose. It just slips from my head to my nose. I even tried fixing it with clutch/hair band but its okay okay. I also feel that it gets to normal temperature very quickly (in 30-35min only). Would be better if it holds its temp for little longer…

I have kept the pad in the freezer from 30 minutes to 24 hrs on multiple occasions. It helps manage the migraines quickly but it doesn't stay cold longer than 10 minutes. I have bought two and there are slight differences in quality.

Ce produit ne guérit bien sûr pas les migraines mais il apporte un soulagement notable en attendant que le traitement de crise fasse son effet. Je le laisse personnellement tout le temps au congel pour qu’il soit prêt en cas de crise de migraine.
