Lots of space inside
There is lots of space Inside for multiple books equipment and is lightweight. I would personally like a pen holder on the side but that's just being fussy. Hope it holds up well but is very good quality. Love the USB connection for you to add a power bank

Smart looking bag
Not got as many convenient pockets as I would like compared to other ruck sacks. Smart looking bag good for office.

Very disappointed- Faulty zip
Initially very happy, looked sturdy and strong and my son loved it. Purchased as a Christmas present, so bought early in December. One of the zips have now broken after 8 weeks if use and the return date has passed. Because it didn't arrive faulty and the returns date has passed I now have to deal directly with the seller and not Amazon. Can I locate them anywhere? NO!!! Very disappointed 😞

Amazing bag
Great bag, this is my second bag from this firm and I can’t fault it. Quality is great and has a built in lock was perfect for a travel bag

One zipper broke on first use/trip but made it home with 2nd zipper
The media could not be loaded. The first time i used it, one of the zippers broke. The bag has 2 zippers though so i was able to use the other zip. I think its good value for money though, its very comfortable on the back and it has lots and lots of pockets. My favorite thing is the usb charger. If only the zips were steonger especially knowing people are carrying valuable laptops and tablets.
