Northern International Spare Flameless LED Candle Remote - 5 & 10 HR Timer

We bought a set of flameless candles from Costco years ago. The candles work great, but of course we lost the remote. Well, I think my girlfriend actually threw it out because she thinks I have too many remotes (which she might be right about), but she says she would never do that. So the jury is still out.Regardless, when looking for a replacement remote we started with the URL on the candles, which was to a website called flameless.ca - this redirected to candleimpressions.com. The candles on the site looked like ours, but it was hard to be sure. Further research revealed that Candle Impressions was actually a subsidiary of another company - Northern International. So, we took a risk and ordered this remote hoping that it would work. And it did!We're glad to have a remote back in the house - especially as some of our candles are hard to reach. Sometimes you have to give the button a couple taps and make sure you're pointing directly at the candle itself. But, a couple clicks occasionally is not difficult and almost all the time it works fine on the first try.

I bought six candles and wanted to split them up for a second room. The second remote that was sold through a different vendor did not work as promised. Northern International should be responsible for this misrepresentation on its description of the product.

Product delivered timely and works well. Buttons do wear out but this remote is inexpensive so wise just to order a spare or 2 if you use a lot

Didn't work with the remote candles I have...

Battery compartment almost impossible to open without damaging cheap plastic parts.Bought to replace an identical remote. Works on some 'flameless' brand candles but not others.Dread having to replace batteries in future due to previously mentioned issue.

Works like a charm! Wasn't able to use my Costco candles because the remote had been misplaced. Probably by our adorable 2 yr old granddaughter who thinks it's a cell phone.

Doesn't work universally - I assumed the remote would replace what I had but it didn't.
