I had an issue with this item where it failed to start after a short time of use and would not recharge.. I contacted the help desk and amazon and was issued a new replacement wnich I am pleased to say works well. I am especially liking this as I am disabled and it helps me reach areas of my back whilst showering. The battery life now is working well and lasts for copnsiderable time. It has not yet run out after 8/9 uses.

Good to use. I have a lot of acnes on my back and hence plan to use a back brush along with the sulphur soap. I am too lazy to manually brush it just like people who using electrical toothbrush. Hence, I bought this one. The whole design looks quite posh and it functions great. My acne is getting greatly better now. The only thing that you may need to take care of is using the proper cable to charge the brush. I tried with another cable with Type C, which doesn't really charge the battery at all. The battery life now seems to be a slight issue as it used to last for a couple of weeks and now only 4 or 5 days. However, I would recommend it to people who are lazy but want to brush the back or people who have back acne concerns. Overall, well done!

Very easy to use

Get this for a christmas present. She absolutely loved it.

Worked 3 times before it stopped working, needs charging after each use & on the third time it needed charging it looked like it was charging but wasn't, tried a couple more times to charge it but it still did not work. I always click Prime to bring up Prime items as they are usually delivered quicker & no problems with free returns. This one was listed as Prime but if there's something wrong with it you have to contact the seller not Amazon. I wanted a free return option & reffund or free return with replacement, neither gets offered, they try to talk you through what could be wrong with it. If I'd have got a year out of it I'd have had my moneys worth but for that price 3 uses is ridiculous. Sellers using the Prime selling point should do the same as Amazon do, free returns & reffunds then you can buy another one or buy from another seller. I don't want to go through what could be wrong with it, it was New, not working as it should & it's my mistake for not making sure I was buying from Amazon directly, there's never any issues buying from Amazon, only sellers using the Prime delivery that you glance at & think it's safe to buy. Will double check in future it's Amazon's product then I don't waste money on something rubbish again.
