Quickie Plastic Toilet Plunger & Caddy (360MB)

This plunger makes plunging seem effortless compared to the old black rubber one (also the type with that inner cup-like part), that had a wood handle, which I had before! In contrast, this new one's rubber part is more flexible and doesn't require as much muscle in pushing down. I have neck and shoulder issues so that really helps. Works quickly. I think the diameter may be larger so it gets a better seal. I bought what I thought was a basic, no-frills, standard toilet from Home Depot some time back. It's a national, well known toilet brand, so I was surprised that they make those sub-standard toilets that don't handle all #2s. Thus, I have unfortunately had lots of experience plunging. Looking forward to a bathroom reno, but meanwhile this is an excellent plunger. I also like that it's plastic and can take having beach poured directly on it and left to stand 10 minutes before rinsing; that made the wood handle on the old one partially disintegrate over time (until the rubber section fell off one day LOL). IDK how long-lasting the softer rubber on this plunger will be, but when it wears out, I will want this brand again.

For a device used for it's intended purpose, it actually is a nice looking product. It is colorful and adds a touch of class to the bathroom. I've only used it once since purchasing it and it worked fine. It is a product I would recommend.

I agree with any review that says that the base doesn't HOLD the plunger; it sits on top of it. But considering the alternative, I, personally, have found this a great improvement over the average plunger. This plunger won't hold water if you shake it out; I also recommend waiting till the toilet fills and rinsing it with the fresh toilet water. Compared to many plungers with a narrow center section, this plunger holds a miniscule amount of water. Ask yourself this: on what do you place a standard plunger? Also, have you had one with the narrow center and the water-holding pockets on the side? I find those almost impossible to empty. So all in all I choose this plunger over any other I have ever had.Actually, I am throwing away my 2 old plungers and ordering 2 more of these (or the Quickie Lysol Plunger) today.

Bought two for our new house and one of another brand. These plungers are horrible - the head is to big for a modern toilet and doesn’t conform to the shape of the bowl so you get no plunging power. Add to the fact that the rubber is too soft so it essentially turns inside out the first time you plunge it against the bowl. It was not a pretty situation. Ultimately I returned the dirty one as well as the other new clean one and bought the more expensive brand. This might be ok for a tub or sink but no good for the captain’s throne.

Definitely not as good as the quickie plunger we bought few years ago at a store. They look same but color slightly different next to each other. This new quickie plunger has a thinner more flexible type rubber part that does not work as well as our other quickie. Pretty disappointed in the change. Only tried it once so hoping it will work ok but definitely doesn’t seem as good as old quickie.

Love the look- neat and clean- and it works well. It can stay out in the bathroom. The base which holds the plunger is very practical and easy to clean. I had one exactly like this for about 10 years and it still looks good, including the base, and works well, but the inside no longer cleaned out well. ThIs time I bought two so each bathroom will have one.

Works perfectly with our '80s Kohler toilets (1.5gal/flush). That's it, the review, the sum of it all. No other plunger works with our 1980's era Kohler toilets. We moved into our house 8 months ago and there was a plunger that came along with the 3 bathroom house. It was the same Quickie Plunger and it worked perfectly. However, Every bathroom should have its own plunger (Exodus: 3a). I preferred the old style, black half-round rubber with an unpainted wooden handle. I bought one but it didn't work. Next I bought a fancy plunger with ribbed rubber. Didn't work either. Luckily, I found that Amazon carries the one plunger that works on these older Kohler toilets. I think Kohler products have always been bizarre.

El émbolo no cumple la función, empujas y ser queda en el fondo y regresa muy lentamente. La primera impresión era que si era de buena calidad, pero no embona correctamente y no hace presión correcta sobre el baño. Al no regresar y mantenerse al fondo anula la funcionalidad. No recomiendo este émbolo

Con el tiempo se aflojó y ya no funciona, al principio si, tendré que comprar otra diferente

La goma del émbolo es demasiado blanda, por lo que no proporciona suficiente presión para desalojar cualquier bloqueo.
