Best invention since...?
My cat goes absolutely bonkers for laser pointers, to the point where she will find it if I put it down somewhere in her reach and bring it to me. This collar allows her to play to her heart's content. It's very well made, and I love that the angle of the laser is easily adjustable.

Very good except one thing.
So my cat is rather small, fits it well and the light weight is important. One thing i would changethe light emitter, its not centrally placed and kind of hard to adjust so that it shines a bit more forward.I always have it as far out as possible and it barley is in front of the cat when standing so she tends to stop.I do wonder if this is for safety and if that's the case 5* but id still like the option for the cat to chase the light more instead of sitting standing pawing which is what happens a lot as is.Cat still loves it and meows for it. the dog actually chases it too. Doesn't like a lot of toys so quite happy even though I'm tricking the cat into chasing light.

You have to hold the power button for about 5 second to turn it on
I didnt know that you had to hold the power button for about five second to turn it on. Once I figure that out and put it on my cat Citrine her and her sister Topaz had a blast with it chasing it all over the apartment. The manual should mention this, which is why i only gave it four stars

You have to put it on the right way or the dot will just be on fur
My kitty loves it

My cat LOVES it!
Easy to charge/use, easy to put on my cat (ragdoll, 2 years old). She spent 30+ minutes running around chasing the red dot last night. Ragdolls are unusually finicky when it comes to play, but she loves this thing.

Head to big or I'm dumb
Either my cats head is to big or I am just not doing something right but no matter what way I put it on him the light is basically pointing at his chin never beyond him so that he can see it....

A great product, unless you have a long-haired cat
I tried this on two cats: one with long hair and one with short hair. The short hair works great the majority of the time. There are moments where the laser was out of his field of vision though since since it's angled slightly downwards. It did get to the point where the other cat was chasing the laser while he sat still and "watched", not realizing he was the one controlling the laser. Or maybe he was fully aware of his actions. Who knows? Just be ready for when the cat looks in your directionThe long-haired cat it didn't work at all because her fur kept getting in the way of the laser no matter how we oriented it.So it's great for short-haired cats, but you may run into issues if your cat has longer hair. It's been very entertaining watching them play with it, but I might need to wear protection to avoid being blinded when they look in my direction.
