Condition as portrayed in description. Model and clean design - not too stark white nor too creamy / yellow.Assembly: very easy to put together unlike other chairs.Best of all, I needed four sets of 8 quickly for a project and had reached out to seller requesting to expedite shipment. Seller responded that night asking me not to worry - they would make it happen. Sure enough, items were delivered in just three days. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

My family loves the new sophisticated look these chairs bring to our dining table. As the kids say, "Leveled up"! Love them. Sturdy, heavy weight. Light steel frame, will not easy scratch. Smooth texd fabric. 3MScotch guard safe! Pets stand & scratch outer side of chair arms. Fortunately, No pulls or pilling on fabric thus far! I would say, semi-Proformence fabric. (Ordered Cream linen style)
