I rarely write reviews but this really is an amazing product. I have been suffering from a UTI for 3 weeks and after 3 different courses of antibiotics it still hadn't cleared up. I started taking 2 tablets every 3 hours yesterday and my UTI has completely cleared up. I am usually very sceptical of things like this but it has been an absolute life saver for me. Don't hesitate in giving this a go. No nasty side effects like antibiotics either.
