SpydercoLadybug 3 Hawkbill Folding Knife - Black

Bought for my mum to take beachcombing and she loves it. It is smaller than expected but super sturdy and sharp with a great shaped blade for easily cutting through rope and monofilament. I also own a pacific salt that I take diving and can vouch for the Japanese H1 metals rust proof properties.

This thing cuts stuff. Don't be fooled by its diminutive size. Clamshell packages don't stand a chance, or packs of bacon. Or cordage. If, however, you need to peel a buffalo then maybe look elsewhere.

Excellent knife - spyderco never disappoint

I assume this is a good thing but the steel is actually H2 now. Other than that. It's exactly what I'd hoped for. The perfect pocket tool, small, light, strong, sharp. The Hawkbill design is great for plants, ropes, seatbelts, fabrics, and many other things, less effort for the same cut. The point will always be sharp even if the blade gets dull. Last, the serrated edge is better at cutting than a small blade ever will be, unless you are a master shaperener. Think of it like a tiny crescent saw.

un couteau de qualité japonaise bien réalisé mais extremement petit, la lame fait a peine 3 cm , le couteau déployé tient dans la paume d'une main.. le prix est donc prohibitif vu la taille, je met 3 etoiles pour la qualité et le fait que finalement cela peut servir de couteau caché dans une veste ou ailleurs

attention aux dimensions, c'est un jouer qui coupe.

Il brand garantisce tutto, le dimensioni non sono specificate e vi assicuro che è veramente troppo piccolo.

Pro kayaker here, Spyderco makes the only corrosion resistant knives. Period. Also, will cut Spectra cord. I bought this little ladybug to keep in my tiny girl pockets. Very nice, opens smooth in spite of size. Expensive? Worth every penny, but you will cry when you lose one.
