Portable Mini USB FM Radio rechargeable with Speaker Music Player Micro SD/TF Card Radio Speaker(18650 2000MA) (White)

Bought this primarily for its 'portable speaker' function. Worked perfectly - plug in USB stick and it played straight off without any set-up. Have run it at moderate volume for eight hours off battery only. Works while charginging (via mini-usb; short mini-usb to USB lead supplied, no mains charger). Big plus is that the Li-ion battery is a replaceable, so no need to throw the radio away or get out the soldering iron when the battery dies. 2200mAh supplied, type 18650 (seems to be the same as 'vape' batteries, but that's a guess).Display colour is red & amber so not sleep disturbing if you want to play music or pink noise to drift off to.Whole unit seems solidly made. As others have said the instruction leaflet is a bit sparse but clear enough.Auto station find for radio presets worked fine - a bit too sensitive to logging weak stations and 'ghosts' if anything - and reception seems fine to me, though I rarely listen to radio, so not much to judge against. Good maximum volume within the limitations of a 3.5cm speaker.When playing USB it even found old mp3s which had been deleted, but not, it seems, overwritten yet, so you might want to erase your USB stick properly before loading that perfect playlist. Like most USB stick players it seems to play files in the root directory first then work through any sub directories, playing files in the order they appear in memory (ie roughly the order the files were loaded in, not alpha-numeric sort order)Very happy indeed with this for the price.

I got this to play podcasts whilst I wander about the house. It's good as far as it goes...good playback and the battery lasts long enough for an hour podcast. Two hours seems to be pushing it.It's a really cute package and the sound quality is good enough for me.But the user interface has some appalling features.First, there is no fast forward or reverse. WTF? Fast forward has been there ever since playback machines have been invented: reel to reel tape, cassette tape, even long playing records via moving the needle. Who thought it was a good idea to get rid of it here?I used to have a pod player that had this feature; unfortunately it was stolen and is no longer available.What makes this worse is that the volume control shares buttons with track changes. Hit the combo |<</V- lightly, and you change to the previous track. If you want to change volume, hold it down longer. And then overshoot the volume you want. But you can't just tap it for a one level change of volume, since that will change track AND lose your place on the current track, with no way back.I've not been able find a player that has fast forward. I guess they all use the same chip and the feature isn't available on that chip.So I only give it 3 stars due to this lack of feature and a user interface that makes it easy to get hurt by it.

True, as other reviewers say, this is an amazing little radio for the price. The sound is fabulous, stations well and easily received and the rechargable battery lasts more than 8 hours. True, instructions are very basic. I didn't find how it saves stations or how to tune it, but you can press the frequency number you like (4 digits) and you got it. If it also stands the test of time, it surely is a best buy.

Absolutely awful product. Looks really good but try tuning the radio! It has a mind of its own. You'd have thought that the numbers on the key pad would relate to station numbers, but no, all that does it bring up a 4 digit code which, by sheer luck is the manual input for a radio frequency, but can't store it.

This little radio is awesome! It has excellent sound quality and goes really loud without losing the quality of the sound which is impressive considering the size of it!It has a torch built in and as well as radio there is a usb slot and a memory card slot. It charges via the usb cable included and has a battery indicator so you can see when it needs charging. It looks lovely and I love the colour of it. A lovely little gadget.

Lovely product. I brought this as i wanted a radio in my room and was extremily pleased when it arrived.It is very easy to charge and the signal is perfect although i found that when you try to charge and listen to the radio it was only slightly fuzzy.Also i could't work out how to change the volume but found outn that you oly need to press and hold the v+ or v- button not just tap it.Overall Perfect and even better than i anticipated!
