Funny read and full of awesome advice.
This is hilarious! I had one of these aunties. Now I’m the next generation, hoping I’m one of the cool ones.... My nearly term daughter has read this and enjoyed it. It has advice on how to deal with interfering relatives and how to navigate those firsts away from home. A great gift for nieces (and nephews).

Funny but price too high
Too expensive for what it is... there are spelling mistakes but the art is good and it's very funny. But honestly the spelling mistakes and extremely poor grammar was upsetting. How can someone not put a little time into their book?

A book for all trying to understand the Desi upbringing!
I have been a huge fan of Maria's since she started her instagram page. I ordered this book a week ago and it finally arrived today (in the UK). It was so worth the wait. I'm a huge fan of Lichtenstein so the artwork is incredible and I adore it.Reading Maria's stories, advice and profiles of the Auntie's summarising my whole youth! I was a bit of a trailblazer too - sporty and hung out with the boys. Haha!Thank you Maria for sharing this book of your incredible artwork and your Desi experiences. Will you be visiting/exhibiting your work the UK soon? I hope so!RegardsVee
