I bought this to replace one that went missing. The original was smaller and better made than this. The original over time would occasionally unwind and open but that generally didn't happen if you kept an eye on it. This one I tightened yesterday and the end fell off on exiting the house today. My take on it is spend a bit more or tape it up. It's not dreadful and is fine for the price but be aware it's not the best.

It would be a nifty little container if it worked but, at least in my case, it fails to perform the one function required of it. Due to poor manufacturing, the two parts are unable to be screwed together at all firmly without screwing past the tightest point and becoming loose again. This renders the container effectively useless, as it's constantly falling apart when used as part of a keyring.

TOO SMALL TO BE USEFUL for normal size antibiotic or Creon tablets. Will take one Creon only. For very small pills is ok, but remember it’s aluminium so not suited to aggressive handling.

Good quality but VERY small. I could get about 3 50mg tramadol tablets in it ok but I couldn’t get one 30/500g co-codanol tablet in it. It would be exactly the same for paracetamol tablets. I think it would be fine if your tablets are extremely small - as in a few mm’s but that’s about it.

Unscrewed all by itself. I lost the outer sheath.Great idea , screw fastening needs to be tighter
