These insoles really work they keep my foot from sliding forward barefoot or with hose on. This was not a problem for me but they do make the toe area in the shoe tighter but just a little. If I ever need them again will definitely buy the again

Las compré para unas sandalias con un tacón de 13 cm y fenomenal, al ser negras no se aprecia que las llevas, evitan que el pie se vaya hacia adelante, transpiran y hacen la pisada más cómoda ya que son bastante blanditas. Se pegan perfectamente, no se mueven! Sin duda repetiré.

Qualität ist gut.. nur kann nicht benutzen weil sonst ist mein Schuh zu eng. Hab keine größere Schuhe, deswegen kann ich nicht benutzen.

Installés dans mes chaussures à hauts talons, ils me permettent de ne pas glisser.Mes chaussures étaient un peu trop grandes et ces disques m' ont fait gagner une demi taille. Merciiiiiii
