Worst quality supplement I have ever bought
The pack was all old and scuffed up looking. When they said "Packaging May Vary" I didn't think they meant they might have played a quick game of soccer with it. The "powder" was actually a solid brick. And the 200 day supply had an expiration date less than 100 days from when I recieved it. Absolute garbage quality.

Good product
This is a very good product, much easier to take than capsules , and tastes not to bad, but it does not tell you how often it can be taken, I use it for my Liver and when I take capsules, I take two 500mg capsules 3X a day, but with this product there is no instructions on how often dozes should be taken, or how high a mg is safe, I would buy again though.

Seems to be effective
Seem to be effective as a preworkout. I have combined this with Creatine and I'm sure there is a synergistic effect

Does what it says on the tin. Quality is good and has been consistent over the years that I've purchased from this brand. As for the usefulness and efficacy of TMG it's up to you, dear reader, to research and find out if it is worth your hard earned cash. As with any supplement different people have different needs.

Short dated and the powder is solid
I bought the 500gram package which would have lasted over a year as I take 1 gram a day but the best before date is January 2023. The powder has also solidified into one big lump. I'm really disappointed and will be sending it back.
