Springbok1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle Fred's Service Station - Made in USA

I enjoyed this puzzle because of the content--lots of things to look at. However, I find that the quality of Springbok is definitely not what it used to be. I did their puzzles for years when I was younger and really enjoyed them. This puzzle barely held together when I was working on it. Even the slightest touch could dislodge a piece that had already been placed. I do like the irregular shapes of the pieces so that is a plus, but I probably won't buy anymore from this company because there seem to be much better choices out there for a comparable price.

I don't usually order Springbok puzzles, but I couldn't resist this image. I was very surprised and pleased that my previous objections about Springbok didn't apply to "Fred's Service Station."In my experience, Springbok pieces don't snap together, they sort of smush. But the pieces here are much better, and the fit is very good.The colors are vivid, and the pieces are random shapes, which is much more fun than standard grid cut. The puzzle isn't as difficult as I feared, but you have to sort carefully before you begin.Springbok still produces lots of pieces with straight edges that don't belong on the edge, and I still don't like that. Also, Springbok needs to change its blades more often. The company's puzzles almost arrive with groups of 4 or 5 pieces stuck together.

This was a challenging puzzle since it has 1000 pieces and lots and lots of details. It took me almost a month to put it together working off and on. No missing pieces either!

I love Springbok puzzles because they are so sturdy.

This was Christmas gift for my hubby. He enjoyed it. Stayed up one night late doing it....having fun. Nice puzzle for a car guy...just wish the Ford was a ‘65 Fairlane. Lol.

Springbok puzzles are always high quality. Thick cardboard and the pieces fit together well. This particular puzzle was fun. The scene and the bright colors were very enjoyable.

I was pretty disappointed because the description said it was a Springbok puzzle that’s why I order it. When it arrived it was in fact NOT. False advertising
