Broken items delivered
It was a Christmas present and the brand should have packed the items more carefully. Very sad and unsatisfactory delivery. We didn’t even show the children, all went to bin. We will visit nearby bakery and buy. Good lesson for us . Thanks to Amazon and Smoor

The product was delivered with broken cookies
The first layer of star shaped cookies were completely crumbled.Need to pack product properly, secondly the cookies hardly have any sugar in them feels like eating "raw flour ". The sweetness should be more balanced, as it's marketed as festive cookies
