Disney Mickey Mouse Balloon 60th Anniversary Popcorn Bucket (Red)

I bought this thinking it was going to look new even if someone had bought it from the park and eaten the popcorn out of it. The balloons in the pictures look shiny and unscratched and I was using the pictures as my guide. When I opened the box and saw the balloon I was disappointed in that it had a somewhat dull appearance and tons of scratches. There's no way I could ever use this as a gift for someone, it looks too used. It is a red Mickey Balloon Popcorn Bucket as described, but I just wasn't expecting it to look so used.
