1st application started to peel off within 2 hours!2nd application lasted overnight but half peeled off after a shower!3rd application - product does to adhere to itself - gradually peeled off during the day!Product description on Amazons says that the product is waterproof - when ir arrived the box says "Water resistant"All applied to clean dry skin, followed instructions found on the internet (none came with product).Overall - very disappointed!! I would have given no starts but couldn't submit with no stars.

The only disappointment regarding this tape is that I didn't buy it sooner. The relief is unbelievable make sure your skin is dry and clean with no oils or lotion on it. Don't stretch the last 2-3cm at the ends. Look up a video on how to put it on properly for your specific injury. I used mine to support my knee cap, have a minuscus tear and mild arthritis behind the kneecap

This is the second box of cut tape purchased having spent ages snipping the uncut tape to fit and picking up the curved corners bits! The cut tape is much easier and quicker to use although probably not as good value monetary wise when using it for every run! KT tape is a must have in our house and very happy with this purchase.

This tape is brilliant. I was introduced to it by a therapist I use. I've been using it for plantar fasciitis and have found it to be a great help. The problem has really eased off and, hopefully, will have gone completely very soon. Definitely worth trying. it's very easy to apply and doesn't come adrift in the shower.

Purchased on prime next day delivery. Bought it to give support to knees for upcoming cycling trip. Used it for a whole day ride and found it comfortable as well as keeping my knees warm! Easy to use with it having pre cut lengths and found on the internet how to apply/use it. Stuck really well and stayed in place. It's not as thick as expected but having said that it did what I wanted it to do.

I delay previous review because after trying the tape a second time I find it good. The ends tend to come unstuck a little but it has now been on two days and still holding. I trimmed of the bits that became unstuck. I am getting less pain in knee because of the support and no irritation.

A friend suggested I use this for my Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis and I have to say it has helped tremendously. A little awkward to start but soon got the hand of it. I would recommend you wear socks in bed to help the tape not to roll. Great support and stays on for a couple of days. Recommend

I am suffering from another bout of plantar fasciitis and trying every darned product out their for relief from the pain. Previous bouts, I hadn't used tape but though I'd give this a go. Got the beige so that it's not immediately obvious when wearing shoes, and I need to cut the strip to fit my foot but the relief I get from the strapping is great. The pre-cut sections are great as I can get enough to strap my foot from one piece - 2 anchor points and a strip for support. Great!
