Un indispensable
Après recherche sur internet je me suis procuré ce livre et je viens de réaliser ma première recette avec comme base une pâte feuilletée levée et je suis satisfait du résultat avec un jolie feuilletage bien croustillant.Le livre contient beaucoup de photos pour suivre les étapes des différentes recettes pas à pas. Je le recommande a tout ceux qui comme moi sont débutant en pâtisserie

bad quality hardcover
I like the content and recipes in the book. However, the hardcover cover quality is very poor. After just 10-20 minutes of reading, I found out that the coverage of the book torn apart! The book`s cover is not able to hold its own weight without damaging (the book was on the table when I was reading). It's a ridiculous quality for such price!

This book needs to be owned by anyone interested in pastry, it will teach you the base and help you achieve some more advanced techniques with a step by step in pictures. Great book, I've seen it in English as well in Waterstone so it is around
