Works well, and fits our needs
Now that Zoom meetings are more in use, we needed a better sound system for our HOA meetings and this product fits our current needs.

Great clear sound for conference calls or online meetings
I used this speakerphone with my laptop for meeting in MS Teams, so I don't know how much the speakerphone cut the noise and how much was MS Teams. My home office has a lot of background noise in it constantly. Computer Fans, heater fans, beeps and tones from various electronic devices. I was quite surprised to find out that this speakerphone picked up my voice and any other nearby voices perfectly while not picking up the fans and ringtones, even while I was talking. The microphone sound quality was very good and used the same microphone setting as my headset with a boom microphone. It does a great job picking up any other people that might be physically with you in a room, and the volume setting for the speaker part of it goes up to quite loud. The quality of the inbound voices were also great and clear. The only point against it is that with MS Teams I found that if I muted and un-muted the microphone from the speakerphone it worked great and the lights on the speakerphone would change as expected and the mute indicator in Teams would also go on and off; however if you click the mute or unmute button on the Teams window the speakerphone would become 'confused', and the button on the device would stop setting the Teams mute icon, and would only mute and un-mute the device itself. While it is 'confused' the colors on the device would occasionally flip so that it was muted when it was green instead of being muted when red. If you either use only the device mute OR use the Teams window mute it worked fine.I have already recommended to my boss that he order a few of these for use in our department.

I traded a headset for this speaker, and don't see myself going back
I've been using a wireless plantronics headset for years now, and wasn't sure if I would like the transition to this speaker, but wanted to give it a try as work is urging us to be on camera more. Being on camera and wearing a headset felt weird, so that's the reason I gave this a try.I have to say that the transition was way easier than I thought, and I've now been on over 100 conference calls using this speaker, and it's been wonderful. Everyone I've talked to has said that it sounds crystal clear, and while the range beyond about 10 feet starts sounding faint, I don't really think that's much of a problem at all.The only complaint I have is that the speaker doesn't interact at a software level. For example, if I mute using Microsoft Teams, it doesn't mute the speaker. There's a physical mute button on the device, which works very well, but there exists a chance of being "double muted", and that can be somewhat of an annoyance. Other than that small possibility, I would recommend this to anyone looking to go hands-free with their home office.

Crystal Clear Sound for Zoom Meetings
This is a very simple and easy to use speakerphone that looks similar to the original Polycomm conference room speakerphones, just 40% smaller. It is extremely simple to use and easy to setup. It is a plug and play device and I had no issues connecting it to my Mac laptop and setting my sound preferences in Zoom. Just plug and go. The sound is clear with three microphones to cover the entire room, and the speaker has plenty of volume. My friends have commented on how much better my Zoom calls sound with this speakerphone. This speakerphone is great for Zoom conferences and group business meetings. It connects via a basic USB connection and has two USB inputs for use as a USB hub. There are only three rubbery button controls for volume up, volume down, and mute. It also has a nice integrated cable holder for when the speakerphone is being stored. It seems pretty bulletproof and I'd have no problem tossing it into a backpack or briefcase. Nice product!
