I do the warning first, the pouch has what appears to be loops for a shoulder strap which is not supplied.The good stuff.Be sure to measure up correctly this is bigger than I expected.The smaller front pouch holds my tablet (10.9") with room to spare.The whole thing is more than half the size of my laptop bag.It's well made and sturdy with plenty of internal pockets and elasticated "molle" loops.

This is a top quality tactical Molle medical pouch. It’s made from a tough heavy duty nylon material and comes empty so you can fill it with whatever you like.It also doesn’t come with any identification patches, so you can personalise it yourself on the Velcro section at the front.I love all the different sections and compartments.The zips are strong and smooth to open/close and feel hard wearing.I’m a paramedic, so I’m planning on filling it with some emergency medical equipment (cannulas/tourniquets/airways/trauma dressing etc) to keep in the boot of my car in case I’m involved in an accident or happen to pass by a serious incident on my travels. It will replace my current first aid kit.Can be used on its own or as part of a bigger tactical webbing system.The price reflects the quality.

This is not a large bag at all but I managed to get some of the things I will be needing when I go away for a week, really is a tight squeeze to get my stoma bags and cleaning materials in it,

Only disappointment with this is that it has no patch.otherwise it's a well thought out design with plenty of versatility. It's definitely been made to a high standard with quality materials that are tough. Stitching is flawless and strong. Velcro is adhesive
