The cutter is sturdy and well made, the blade is sharp and makes a good crinkled edge on vegetables.It is easy to use , I recommend it.

Handle seemed sturdy enough handy size not too large. Practical compact and easy to use for chopping onions etc.

I didn't expect it to be as chunky as it is and for some reason expected it to be sharper. However it does the job well. Only I don't find any use for it lol.

I purchased this plug knife/cutter for making crinkle cut chips at home so I knew what was in our families food (additives etc). By using this cutter not only can you make various sizes of chips from steak cut to French fries but you can also use other root vegetables such as Sweet Potatoes or Parsnips and Carrots, even Beets.The stainless steel construction makes the blade tough and easy to use.
