We bought this to gift wrap a present. The box is lovely, beautiful carvings on all sides apart from the bottom. Good quality of the price, wood is sturdy doesn’t feel flimsy at all. Really good size too I could easily fit my iPhone in it with space.

The boxes are gorgeous and feel sturdy and robust to hold. The weakest part is the hinges, but if the box is treated with respect and the lid is supported and not forced, there is no reason to expect a problem. The lining may not be to your liking, but that is easily resolved with a small amount of material of your choice.I have 2 and they are perfect for my crystals.

I really love my trinket box and it arrived a day earlier than stated, but was disappointed that the token bangle was broken, which is a shame after all the time it must have taken to paint itI think that the company need to wrap it with something, as it was bound to clatter about, and mine ended up breaking in two.The box does have red stain on a cloth when you wipe it, I have polished it so it should be fine over time.Overall I am really happy with the box, it is carved really well, quite sturdy and a reasonable price too.I would buy another one no hesitation.

What I thought was a beautiful trinket box has damage to it which is a shame as was looking forward to it coming so can use it so important pieces of jewellery but lid doesn't close properly and piece of metal fell off as wasn't secured properly onto it

Do NOT buy this item. It is cheap tat that is badly made. I wasn't able to select zero stars so I had to click one star. 1 our of 5 is too generous for this item. The decorative inlay is poorly done and was damaged in quite a few places. The whole item was warped which caused the lid, which was also cracked, not to shut properly. I don't think any set squares were used to manufacture the box as there wasn't a straight piece of wood to be found. I'm also pretty sure not even a ruler was used as the box was supposed to be 8'' long but as you can see in the photos it was only 7'' long.This is NOT a 'Gorgeous Wooden Keepsake Jewellery Trinket Storage Box.' It's a piece of junk that should be thrown on the nearest bonfire. I have already packed it back up, printed the returns labels and will be sending it back first thing in the morning. What a waste of my time!

Det var väldigt dålig kvalité på skrinet, gick inte att stänga ordentligt och metallen stack upp på flera ställen vilket gör att man lätt kan skära sig på skrinet.

It's a nice little box for the money. It looks hand crafted at first glance, but you can tell it is certainly not hand-carved when you look at it up close. However, I think for the price it is a great buy. I use mine to keep my spare change and pocket 'stuff' in on my bedside table, and it looks nice with my furniture. The inside is felt lined and the lid fits snugly but is not difficult to open. I did not have the issue many have mentioned about any odors from the stain.
